Do You Track a Two-Minute Recovery?

I think you need to isolate down to a very small number of metrics. What I track is my two-minute heart rate recovery, which I think is the single greatest signal. And then secondly, I track my sleep. It works for me because it allows me to know how aggressively I should push myself on any one day.
