The Importance of Air C in Portuguese
In Portuguese, they tend to just use the equivalent of that and those when speaking. So I think that's where the confusion comes from for her. An example would be every time we're in the car and a song comes on,. She plays a song and she'll say that song, I really like that song. And I'll be thinking the one that just finished that one as in it's further away from us in time. In time, it should be this song that's playing, whereas the one that finished that song was really good. It is an interesting thing that can lead to a bit of confusion sometimes, but it's not the end of the world.
