S. Bear Bergman does a Kickstarter for his entire publishing company, which was called Flamingo Rampant. He said he's not making any more money than he would have selling his books to a publisher because of the overhead costs. So all of this is music to my ears in the sense of people just taking control of their destiny for their work.
