The Importance of Critical Thinking in Game Development

I would encourage anybody to sort of be critical in games or any creative profession to be critical and look at themselves. I should have learned a lot from Ishmael, who's the most non ego guy you probably will ever meet. But for me personally coming off that first game, you made a game that you don't know is going to be successful. And then all of a sudden it turns out to be slightly bigger than you anticipated.
