The key to prioritization and figuring out what to do is to first have a goal in mind. For my business, my design agency, my goal is to sign clients. My ideal client has a $1 million plus yearly budget so that we can work with them on a retainer style agreement for a long period of time. And then I want to do things that move the needle towards that. If they don't, we want to stop doing them. So here are some of the things that I don't do in my design agency: social media, creative services or not writing proposals.
