Digital Public Infrastructure - A Response to COVID

There is a particular strong momentum now across countries, across all income levels and all geographies, to build out stronger and more resilient and more inclusive Digital Public Infrastructure. And I would say there is an increasing drive in countries for models that protect and maintain national digital sovereignty more. In many countries, the trend is now at least going for less outsourcing of the strategic, like the planning and sort of the architecting of these infrastructures.
