Accountability and Representation in Racial Justice

It highlights the significance of diversifying company demographics and fostering environments where marginalized voices, especially those of Black employees, are heard and valued. Additionally, the discussion critiques the current state of diversity in educational institutions and the need for real dialogue and representation to truly support racial equity.
