For my team, it is a, i basically have two baskets. The first basket is kind of what i call my officers. They work for me full time and they are involved in everything i'm doing to some extent or another. And then there's this on top of it. People get a percentage off of the nets that the company mix. I don't like this sort of community where people don't talk about their salaries,. A corporations try to get what, i whatever they can out of the people working for them. Ah, this is just not a good way to have productive, fulfilled people working a the company.
