Oakley: Machine learning is going to eliminate a large portion of currently human generated creative labor. But the job of the artist simply evolves, he says. The fulcrum of creativity will not change because people just have an insatiable appetite for stuff that's like machine-generated. Oakley: There are very tangible jobs which will not be required anymore quite soon but I don't think it's the job of being an artist or being a creative. It's the crafts, the crafts are being threatened.
