Playing as the Chinese First Is Smart

Playing as the english first is smart, because you can forget about more things as them than you can with anyon. As soon as it hits the middle game, i've got six or seven villagers who areus doing nothing. You have those imperial officials that will kento go around collecting taxes. Or you can just have them supervise a building, and they'll make that building produce stuff faster. There's a couple of actions we haven't talked about yet, though.
