Three Things You Can Do to Lower Your HRV

A small snack at nine PM and you go to about 11 is much different than me eating at least a thousand, but sometimes 1500 calories from about 745 until right before bed. Your body can digest 250 calories. A thousand calories before bed is a little harder. Stay hydrated. You know what I started drinking a ton of those Gatorade zeros? Those do not hydrate you the same. It's probably not a good thing either. This has been a game changer for me. I feel it. I'm falling asleep a little better rhythm. Mm hmm.
