The japanese case is fascinated, because f you take that laundry list, and is table where i show these are all the millions of things japan would have to do to create a more, a competitive, like capital market. They've done a bunch of them. You know, they're kind of half way thereand that makes it a fascinating case. It's not just a matter of changing laws,. It's a matter of legal practices, so that's what i'm trying to make my point about in this chapter.
