How to Get Great Employees

I think sometimes entrepreneurs choose the wrong people. Are they looking for another salesperson that just does what they do? Or actually do they need a really good office manager to give them more time to do the higher value tasks? You know, I said this on my last podcast to get great employees. The job of the business owner is actually to coach, educate a mentor, their employees, as much as possible. And that's how you turn them into great people. Good people are out there.
