Building Up a Sweat Through Sports
Exercise doesn't have to be a slog find something that you enjoy doing, because it's about being active rather than just training for something. One of my favorite ways to build up a sweat is through sports. Sports are great because they not only push you physically, but they are going to engage you mentally. It can be hard to make sure you're getting a healthy amount of human interaction in your life and sports can be a great way to make new friends.
