Are You Having Trouble Falling Asleep?
Many of us have difficulty falling asleep because there's just way too much going on in our brains. I think that's why a lot of people fall asleep in front of the television, which is not something i recommend. What i suggest is to listen quietly to a podcast. And if you are sharing a bedroom with a partner, then you can, iuse an ear bud, a wireless ear bud, to listen to a podcast,. and i can go very peacefully to sleep in 15, or at most 20 minutes, if i've got something else to focus on. That's certainly the way hyper activity is commonly manifested in us women, and it continues in our older years as well.
