How to Figure Out How Many Stitches to Put in and How Close to Do Them

I'm so glad you guys are saying this because my colleagues have always looked at me funny when I order let for every patient that comes in with a laceration. Almost 100% of my patients need nothing other than let but I routinely leave it on for a full hour. And they are perfectly completely anesthetized as good as anything I can get with a needle. But if you try to rush it quicker than that, you're going to run into problems.
