I'm humble enough not to think I can time the market one. The whole point for me for investing is to have the money growing and run my day job. For me, it just means any new investments, the underwriting has to be even more of a slam dunk right now. You're transitioning from your own single families into other people's syndications. What are things that you look for when you evaluate somebody's syndication? There's only so much money. There's a lot of good operators out there.
