The gunman was shooting at the school from behind parked cars in the parking lot. The name of the s being covered anonymously in reports, probably because she left the door open. I can see her being panicked though, and relying on a police force. She may have forgotten that she did it. And most police, by the way, would probably have done a lot different i'm very confused by this.
