The Patient Was Unable to Maintain Visual Fixation

Patient had horizontal torsional nystagmus that was suppressed with visual fixation and the fast phase was beginning to the right. Patient reported some instability she didn't have any gage pattern like a toxic gate or a hemiplegic gate but she was unstable. Test of skew was negative and i also performed the reenie and the vibrate tests they were also normal That's it for the exam and vitals were normal as well okay so we have a normal exam except the hints testing and let's make sure we understand what we saw here.
