Is President Abes a Mandate to Negotiate?
After this international conference to re launch negotiations, we had a meeting with the palastinine leadership as advisers. And the question in my mind, and i think the same question was on everyone's mind, was, does president abes have a mandate to negotiate? I mean, he was in the weakest position he'd ever been in, that the p l o leadership had ever really been in. So it just didn't make a whole lot of sense.
