And also I have a real philosophy on whole plant foods so I really feel like we need to return to not all the processed things that are out there but you know like legumes lentils and peas and edamame, pharaoh and quinoa those kinds of foods. It's not just about eliminating the animal foods it's also about what you're choosing. The way I kind of approach all of this is I'm trying to cast a pretty wide net," she said.
