The History of the Nazca Lines
The textiles and mummy factory theory somewhat ties in with the idea that the Nazca lines were part of some kind of ritual procession pathways or pilgrimage paths for celebrants. The pottery shards found on and around the lines show that people were tromping around them back in the day. But the pottery was perhaps used more for offerings like a coachee than for daily living on the pom-pah. As Dr. Barnhart says, quote, pilgrimage is known as a practice from coachee and it's proof of Nazca pilgrimages.
