Do You Draw Characters From Real Life?
David Nichols: I try and write from the imagination. The characters you come up with, the situation you put them in, was a kind of worst case scenario. Pat McKelvey: Do you think Connie's hopes for the grand tour are that it would bring Douglas and she closer together? David Nichols: It doesn't ever cross Douglas's mind, but it's an interesting theory. And perhaps there is an element of truth to it.
