Cerebellar Neuropathy Causes a Tax
Everything's pointing to a central nervous system, right? We're not thinking of a peripheral or a spinal cord. The nice diagmus we heard bilateral means that it's direction changing. So there's cerebellar stuff. That's for sure. And then let me talk a little bit about this deplopia and the right medial rectus palsy. But in the exam, I always like to focus on which action is affected because the eyes are sort of complicated.
