Evolution Can't Happen Fast, but It Can Happen Slowly

The males with this mutation act as what are called satellite to the calling males. The key to all of this is it can't work unless there's still a few callers. And even if the females like them as much, because those flatwinged males are protected from the fly, they live longer so they can just kind of weit it out.
