The Negative Effects of the Credit Crisis on Regional Banks

This has probably been the worst earning season, probably since the crisis. And yet we haven't even had a credit cycle yet. What potentially is the credit issue? I don't think it's a consumer credit issue at this point because employment levels are still too high. There's no real evidence that the consumer, at least on a credit basis, is stressed.
