Out of every 100 candidates that apply, I think maybe one actually sees my calendar. We have to know whether they've worked in the past remotely. If they're available 24-7, they have to have passed a skills test. Then they have to read an entire four-page document just to then book an interview. From there, we turn away about 2-thirds of those that we actually interview.
