You have to try it and see if it works. It's just the same as exercise prescription. Try it. If it doesn't work for you, then don't do it. But if all of a sudden you're like, hey, I felt like I had a little bit more energy. I felt like my food digest a little bit easier than fantastic. That can be a new thing that you can add into your box of useful ideas"
