The Most Important Thing You Can Do Right Now
If you're in the middle of a strategy, I think the most important thing you can do right now is to stop with folks that are the stakeholders. Go around and ask people who are working on the strategy what the major problem is,. What are we going after? And if a chunk of the people or a sample of the people can't tell you the same thing, then you have some clarity on the fact that your strategy is not working.
