Do You Have Mental Health Issues?

I would love to hear from all of you if there are specific things that you're interested in, that you struggle with at your job. Let's get a four day work week. Creating a situation where we can have children and spend time with them. It seems like this would be an overall benefit to us as programmers, but also to the industry as a whole. Even I think to our bosses, at least the good ones that we don't fire. Because I think this would create much more sustainable, long term, long lasting companies which aren't purely focused on short-term profits.
