What's the Leading Lagging Thing in Markets?
The data I'm finding now basically everybody would largely expect when you throw money at people, drop rates to lowest other and tell them to move. They bid up the housing market all over the place with 40% addition to money supply. And then you expect that pump to dump. And everything I see is it's dumping rapidly. One thing I love is new homes under construction. It's just rolling over from the highest level. That's your lagging thing from jobs and things that you mentioned earlier, Scott.
