Is It a Good Year for Asset Allocation?

I think coming into the year, we anticipated inflation to be the biggest challenge for the markets and particularly as it relates to Fed policy. We had added some exposure to what I would say are more kind of structured opportunities that had higher correlation whether it was to inflation or commodities. And so those proved to be fortuitous during this year. The war in Ukraine really upset a lot of our thesis just in terms of the undo and frankly, compounded pressure on Europe and the UK based on what we're seeing from a energy supply situation.
