So can someone go through the short facilitation course without having had the foundations? And then what is the risk of that? And I'm thinking of so many traumatized people out there, traumatized by having set in bad workshops. Yeah. So for us, like our approach is we can't, I wouldn't feel authentic or I would not feel comfortable delivering a training which didn't have those core values. Really right.
