How to Configure an NSG Rule to Monitor the Health of Load Balancer
Azure allows you to ping the front end IPV for address if that's a need. It does require standard load balancers, so you can't do it with basic or anything like that. This is in the back of my head for the client of Raskis about it. I am not adding this to my list. It's got my growing list.
