Can it be a bit of a fine balance between being very open understanding um giving people a chance but then ultimately it is quite a ruthless sport isn't it really? i think sometimes ask we make decisions on players which we have to because of the system. But if we look at it from a brain perspective you really want to be making decisions on players until during the mid 20s and a lot of players probably have their pika their careers later on late 20s early 30s so that's been a kind of a big shift here to be honest.
