The flexor, halicus, longest muscle and it's in its contribution to running and importance of foot conditions. Tom: I often see quite a degree of weakness in that flexor, Halicus, longest tendon that lives between those two sea someoids. For example, if someone does have sesomoid related pain and they've got poor flexor strength, whether that's longest or brevis, that would be a really good strategy to try and strengthen them.
