Why Do You Want to Be a Teaching and Learning Research Later?
I think for me, it is to do with wanting teaching to improve across the board. And i really do believe that if we change what goes on inside our classrooms and use the huge amount of evidence that we have now, we can improve the learning outcomes for our students. I also think having those conversations around teaching and learning and pedagogy, it just makes us a bit more, i suppose, it encompasses our professional identity.
