How Open Comp Is Changing the Way Companies Pay Their People
Open Comp, we have 6,000 customers in 41 countries. We are together setting a new standard for how people are paid with our compensation software. The company started in January of 2021. I was employee 17 and the first marketing hire. And today I have a team of five full time folks and it's divided into Brandon content, which I own. It's basically spinning up fast products to kind of test them as well as go to market motions to see if they're a flop or a success.
