The Differences Between Fox Style and Lion Style Governments
In a Fox style government, if they want to put down protesters, what do they do? They use surveillance technology. They shut down their bank accounts. They make it difficult for them to get jobs. These things are still highly effective. They still silence dissent. When properly implemented as force, but it's a very different approach.
