I like people to think about ownership, because part of itis saying, ah, crap. Why do i own this? Like, why the fuck do yo own attribution? And i cal be pistons. I don't want to own that. That's actually useful to sayi everyone is assuming that i'm owning this thing, and i have no interest in it, whatever. Ye. So if you're not a leader and you're an analyst, then start looking for ways till they get more. Yes. But within a team, i actually think that that's lik really delicate balance of making sure that everyone does have autonomy and ownership of of particular space.
