Kevin: I've had experience with a lot of aspects of customer success right. So people are coming from all kinds of backgrounds. There's teachers and there's folks that come from from tech that come into customer success. My my personal journey you know I worked in several roles similar to you where they were adjacent to customer success. Again onboarding project management a lot of that stuff kind of within your role as an account manager or technical account manager for the past few years. Kevin: Both of us came from backgrounds that have adjacent stuff and into teams that evolved into customer successful. We can learn a lot from each other but we also both want to learn more about this field too.
