Anita: I do a 90 minute somatic coaching session where essentially I asked the person to be laying down for the entirety of the session. And it's a very embodied experience and very focused on the, on the body rather than maybe some problem that they're wanting to come to perhaps like therapy. So we'll start off with a nervous system exercise in the form of breathing. We'll get to the main part of the session, which is kind of feeds into the feeling your emotions layer of the pyramid,. Which is essentially dealing with unfelt emotions in the body, you know, things that want to come up.
