Jim Carrey wrote a check for $10 million in 1987. He carried it around in his wallet for eight years, keeping that goal firmly inside. In 1994 he got paid exactly $10 million to star in Dumber Dumber and he was able to cash that check. We can design our careers, our hobbies and the amount of free time we have or design what our ideal life looks like and then go out and make it happen.
