I want to go back to the issue because you just raised it again. There was a line in the book that really caught my eye. You know there was this incident I would call it where the president was in Helsinki standing next to Vladimir Putin and he said well I asked him about it and I see no reason why and he's answered Russia. And at that point he began to feign ignorance even when he looked at Lavrov his foreign rights secretary said I what's he talking? He then proceeded in Russian to say that we had nothing to do with thatIt was nothing that was wasn't our government, says President Obama.
