The Rise and Fall of Dracula

The BBC wanted to make a Dracula and they came to you or it was something that. The most extraordinary thing is it started as a joke. We were, we were making the third series of Sherlock. And I had a photograph of my phone of Benedict Cumberbatch with his collar up in silhouette. And we showed it to the then head of drama that the BBC has said, it looks like Dracula doesn't he said, do you want to do it? Wow. That's how it started.
