Mapping is sense-making trying to make sense of particular value chain just once you map it you start to see patterns and there'll be inertia points that you would not predict. I think in my experience with more let's say more strategic people you can set them up yeah but if you're dealing with executives sometimes they may not have the time they say to spend an order to map in a bunch of stuff out. You need to get very good at mapping with senior people because you know you do need to spend time at it with engineers right? We almost had grids based on the map okay we learned like ABC and D were A was close to the customerYeah and then one two three four
