Is There a Balance Between Physical Fitness and Body Language?
Our autonomic, nervous system is so darned intelligent, nows. So your body's more like, it like an orchestra, you know, a complex system in systems theory, compared like a complicated system. If anything goes funky, is different, like almago, this bad news. Sometimes if a person is so disorganized as a product of just their joints not functioning properly, or having some type of like impingement, i think sometimes certain therapies and specific like maybe yoga practices are helpful. And then eventually, the goal would be to let go of all those practices and be able to actually, like, finally beat in the momentnw.
