I essentially manage everything by email. So I can be a broad 100% of the time if I wanted. It's a hands-off system that I have developed. My neighbors are the perfect people to handle check-ins and that sort of thing. They said, this would be perfect for us because we're so close. We'll take that on. And they've really helped me out and I've got them doing a bunch of things for me now. Amazing. Do you pay them or do they do it for? I give them a little bit of money for every check-in they do.
