How Are Your Friendships Going?

i'm kind of keeping a lot of long distance friendships where we mostly talk on discord. i've been going through a break up, and that's been a hard time. whenever i bring it up to them, they're very supportive of me. But i feel almost guilty bringing it up because we don't have a particularly formal or regular way for talking through our emotions or talking through our days.
