"I like to have some impact on the things that I deal with personally," he says. "A platform using, you know, blockchain and smart contracts, I think there's a way to make it easier for small-time investors." How do you find something you're going to like without working at it? "That's a surprise because I don't know about you, but I keep, when I search for stuff, I keep popping up the same things,. You know, that I've already seen or I've already rejected".
Mitch Lowe has been a significant disruptor of Hollywood's distribution models over the past two decades, promoting all-you-can-eat subscription models on personal devices and at the box office. Netflix famously redefined consumer video distribution while Movie Pass infamously imploded in 2019.
